Aspirants for the PhD courses at AIIMS must possess the following qualifications.
- Medical Education qualification: MBBS/BDS with 50% min. or MD/MS/MDS/DM/MCh or Diplomate of NBE.
- Nursing Qualification- candidates holding M.Sc degree with 50% min. in Nursing speciality may also be able to apply.
- Non- medical candidates- candidates who are not from medical background must have attained a minimum of 60% in a valid 2 years Master degree.
