The process of an application takes place in an offline mode. There are two ways through which one can have the application form. 

1. Download the form from ubse.uk.gov.in and enter the details in form and submit to the concerned school. 
2. One can directly visit the school and take the form.

4. They have to enter details such as Personal, EDucational, Communication etc and have to paste the recent passport size photo. Once the application form is filled, go through the details entered.
