Candidates won\u2019t be considered for admission by a bare appearance in the CAT, Group Discussion and Interview as a candidate also needs to fulfil the eligibility criteria. Before filling the application form for both CAT and BHU, students are advised to make themselves clear about their eligibility.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In case more than one candidate scores equal rank, then the following rules by the University will be applicable:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Candidate with higher marks in the qualifying examination will be given preference.<\/li>\n<li>If the marks in the qualifying exam are also equal then the candidate who is born first i.e. elder in age will be given preference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Candidates called for counselling for provisional admission need to carry all the original documents like Marksheets, Certificates, Migration, Transfer certificate, Caste certificate.
