Chief Minister of Kerala.\u00a0 The objective of the <strong>Kannur University<\/strong> Act 1996 is to establish in the state of Kerala a teaching, residential and affiliating University, promoting the development of higher education in Kasargod and <strong>Kannur revenue Districts and the Mananthavady Taluk of Wayanad District<\/strong>. The university provides undergraduate and postgraduate courses for students who aren\u2019t able to attend classes by distance education. attend some classes on campus and some classes online.<\/li>\n<li>The program is offered in two modes: full-time and part-time.<\/li>\n<li>The full-time program is a 3-year program, while the
