A prospectus containing the Registration forms is sent to all schools registered with SOF.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How to Register for IMO 2023?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The details to do the online registration for the International Mathematical Olympiad for Indian students are given below:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Initially, candidates must visit the portal of the conducting authority, Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the homepage, candidates must check the details of the IMO.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is only one mode to apply for the IMO exam 2023 i.e. Offline. Interested students should contact their respective schools. The registration forms are already sent to the school authorities. The qualifiers to the second round (State\/ Zone level) would include the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At International Level: Top 5% of candidates, class-wise, who appear in the 1st level exam internationally.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At Zone\/State Level: Top 25 rank holders from each Zone and each class.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At School Level: Class topper where at least 10 students from a class appear in the exam &amp; scores at least 50% qualifying marks.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"International_Mathematical_Olympiad_2023_Awards_and_Prizes\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">International Mathematical Olympiad 2023 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Awards and Prizes<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The winners of the International Mathematical Olympiad will be given awards and prizes by the International Mathematical Olympiad Foundation (IMOF).<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The total number of prizes (first, second and third) must be approved by the Jury and should not normally exceed half the total number of Contestants. The numbers of first, second and, third prizes must be approximately in the ratio 1:2:3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Special prizes may be awarded for solutions considered outstanding by the Jury.
