The NCERT Class 10 Science Syllabus contains five units. The first unit has a total of five chapters and deals with the subject of chemistry. The second unit has four chapters and deals with human life processes(chemical and physical). The third unit of NCERT Class 10 Science Syllabus consists of a total of four chapters and refers to the subject Physics. The next and last unit has a total of three chapters and deals with environments, ecosystems, energies, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>NCERT Class 10 Science Solutions Chapter 1: Chemical Reactions and Equations<\/b><\/p>\n

Chapter one of NCERT Class 10 Science solutions deals with Chemical reactions and changes. Chemical reactions are represented by chemical changes. Some indications, such as change in physical condition, change in colour, change in temperature, and evolution of gases, are used to describe chemical reaction indicators. With the help of certain experimental cases, these are described. With that, the chemical equation and its symbolic representation of chemical reaction were explained.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Other details, such as physical states and reaction conditions, are described. Combination reactions, decomposition reactions, displacement reactions, and double decomposition reactions are examples of chemical reactions. Exothermic and endothermic reactions are discussed on the basis of energy. All types of reactions are described with relevant references and chemical equations.<\/span><\/p>\n

NCERT Class 10 Science Solutions Chapter 2: Acids, Base and Salts<\/b><\/p>\n

The second chapter talks about Acids, Bases and Salts along with Metals, Metal Oxides and Metal Carbonates. The chapter throws light on the reactions between acid and base (mainly known as Neutralization Reaction), their byproducts, along with various types of salts. The nature of salts can be acidic, basic or neutral, depending upon the strength of the acid\/base used to form the salt (product). The formation and different uses of several different substances formed after reactions, directly or indirectly are discussed in this chapter.<\/span><\/p>\n

NCERT Class 10 Science Solution Chapter 3: Metals and Non-Metals<\/b><\/p>\n

This chapter begins with the explanation of physical properties of metals and non- metals. The parameters on the basis of which the discussion has been done are- melting point, boiling point, physical state at room temperature, tensile strength, ductility, malleability, etc. Differentiation on the basis of these properties of metals and non-metals has been explained, along with reactions taking place. Introduction to different types of bonds, their properties and formation has been explored in the chapter. In addition to this, extraction of metals using different methods and processes like oiling, greasing, electroplating, galvanization has been explained as well.<\/span><\/p>\n

NCERT Class 10 Science Solution Chapter 4: Carbon and its Compounds<\/b><\/p>\n

The fourth chapter of NCERT Class 10 Science Solutions is about carbon, a versatile element found in various organic and inorganic compounds. Explanation on different bonds such as covalent bonds is given. Compound formation is defined clearly in both Lewis-dot and Electron-dot structure along with electron configuration. Study of different structures of carbon compounds such as soaps and detergents are mentioned along with their chemical structure, properties and differences.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

NCERT Class 10 Science Solution Chapter 5: Periodic Classification of Elements<\/b><\/p>\n

The fifth chapter deals with classification and categorization of 118 known elements, including their chemical and physical properties. Explanation of the modern periodic table and particular patterns and trends in it are also studied on the lines of the chapter.<\/span><\/p>\n

NCERT Class 10 Science Solutions Chapter 6: Life Processes<\/b><\/p>\n

The chapter Life Processes focuses on all activities and systems performed by living organisms (including plants), such as digestive system, respiration, circulatory system, nutrition etc. More detailed information on all of the processes the living organisms inhibit are discussed in the chapter.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

NCERT Class 10 Science Solution Chapter 7: Control and Coordination System<\/b><\/p>\n

In this chapter, it is explained about the control and coordinated movements done by the living organisms and how different processes within the body aids in doing so. The nervous system plays the major role and the actions, reflexes, etc that a living being shows, are all discussed under this head. Moreover, hormones and impulses and different mechanisms of the nervous systems have been included as well.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

NCERT Class 10 Science Solution Chapter 8: How do Organisms Reproduce?<\/b>
\n<\/b>The broad topic of reproduction in all existing living beings, has been covered in this chapter. DNA, hormones, and different types of reproduction (sexual and asexual) have been explored, along with minute details on the process of formation of different reproductive elements depending on plants and animals.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

NCERT Class 10 Science Solution Chapter 11: Human Eye and Colorful World<\/b><\/p>\n

The eleventh chapter in NCERT Class 10 Science Solution discusses the human organ, eye. Eye and its components, and the process by which the human eye can see an object are the most important sub-topics in the chapter. The mechanism of light reaching the eye and the formation of an image is explained in detail along with eye defects (mainly Myopia and Hypermetropia) have been studied.<\/span><\/p>\n

The physics chapter starts with the introduction of electricity, features and properties and its significance. The concept of electric current, the flow, electrons etc are included.
