NSIT 2021 Application Form

The details regarding the NSUT Admission form 2021 is given below:

  • Firstly, interested candidates can get the NSIT Online Application Form the official website.
  • Moreover, no physical counters will be assigned for this purpose.
  • Keep in mind that candidates can apply for NSIT only through online mode.
  • Also, the application -cum-counselling fee is Rs. 1200/- plus bank charges as applicable.
  • The fee can be paid by Internet Banking /Credit/Debit card through online payment gateway or via SBI e-challan.
  • Also, no other mode is accessible for fee payment.

NSIT 2021 Application Fee

  • The application fee is Rs. 1200/-.
  • Candidates can pay the NSUT Application fee through online as well as offline mode via:
    • Online mode:
      • Debit card, credit card, Net banking.

How to Fill NSIT 2021 Application Form?

To fill the NSIT Application form, follow the steps given below:

  • Find the Application link on the website.
  • Click on the link and fill the necessary details i.e, Personal, academic etc.
  • After filling, upload the scanned images of photograph and signature.
  • Submit the application fee.
  • Take a print out of the successfully filled in the form.

NSIT 2021 Eligibility Criteria

The details regarding the NSUT 2021 eligibility criteria is given below:

  • Age limit: No age limit for UG courses.
  • Qualification: First of all the applicant must have passed Class 12 from CBSE, ICSE or any equivalent board with PCM combination.
  • Minimum Marks: General category candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying exam
  • Category: The reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC/PD/CW will avail relaxation in minimum qualifying marks
    • While SC/ST candidates need to secure only the passing marks in class 12.

NSIT 2021 Counselling Process

The details regarding the NSUT counselling procedure is given below:

  • JAC (Joint Admission Counselling), Delhi will conduct the Counselling process.
  • Counselling will be an online process. Only those candidates who have paid the counselling-cum-registration fee will be allowed to take part in the counselling process.
  • Counselling will take place in 4 rounds. The counselling procedure is discussed below in detail:

Online Choice Filling & Locking For NSIT 2021

  • Successful candidates having All India Rank (AIR) in IIT JEE Main can fill the choice of branch and Institute at JAC website.
  • Further, available seats and a branch will be shown according to a candidate score.
  • Candidates can fill as many choices from the list displayed.
  • Deletion or reordering of choices is not applicable.
  • Finally, the applicants have to perform Choice Locking.
  • Also, the candidates should keep a copy or Print out of the filled choices for future use.

Seat Allotment Procedure

  • Candidates will be allotted a seat on the basis of the rank list.
  • Moreover, the JEE Main (Paper-1) entrance examination score forms the base of the prepared merit list of qualified candidates.

Physical Reporting at the Institute and Document Verification Process

A candidate with the Provisional Admission letter is eligible for the NSIT counselling.

  • Candidates should be present in person for document verification at the allotted institute. Candidates have to pay the balance amount of admission fee (if applicable).
  • Also, the candidates must bring the following self-attested xerox copies of the below-mentioned documents:
  • Original copy of Fee payment receipt.
  • Online Registration form attested Head of the Institution/ school last attended /Gazetted Officer.
  • Filled Choice (Printout).
  • 12th or equivalent exam mark statement.
  • JEE Main Admit Card and Score Card (Printout).
  • 3(Three) passport size photograph.
  • DOB Certificate.
  • Reserved category certificate.
  • Seat allotment letter.
  • Any other necessary document.
  • Also, it is advisable to carry a photocopied set of the above-mentioned documents.
