birth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to Download CUSAT CAT 2021 Result?<\/h2>\n<p>The candidates can view their Cochin University CAT 2021 result by following the steps mentioned below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 1:<\/strong>\u00a0Click on the link above or go to the official website<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Click on the \u201cRank List\u201d link which is available in the menu bar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> On clicking the link, a login portal will appear.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> To access the portal, candidates have to select the programme from the drop-down list and then click on the green \u201cView Ranklist\u201d button.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 5:\u00a0<\/strong>After clicking on the view rank list option, candidates can see the merit list which comprises their registration number, reservation, special reservation etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 6<\/strong>: Download the rank list so that, it could be used for future references.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tie-Breaking Criteria for CUSAT CAT<\/h3>\n<p>If in case two or more candidates score the same marks then, the following tie-breaking criteria is followed for resolving the ties.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-color\"><strong>Tie-Breaking Criteria<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>for B.Tech programmes and M.Sc Photonics<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Firstly, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics marks are considered.<\/li>\n<li>If there is still a tie, then, the student elder in age will be taken into consideration.<\/li>\n<li>If the tie still persists, then the tie will be solved according to alphabetical order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"has-text-color\"><strong>Tie-Breaking criteria for the rest of M.Sc programmes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The marks secured in Physics and Chemistry will be taken together.<\/li>\n<li>If the tie is still then, the marks in Chemistry will be taken into consideration.<\/li>\n<li>If the tie still persists, marks obtained in Physics will be considered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"has-text-color\"><strong>Tie-Breaking Criteria for M.Tech programmes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>If there is a tie in GATE\/DAT scores, then, the qualifying examination marks is taken into consideration.<\/li>\n<li>If the marks of the qualifying exam have not been published, then, the marks till VII semester are taken into consideration.<\/li>\n<li>If the
