Please read these changes for admission into the prestigious colleges in India.<\/p>\n<h3>JEE Main 2021<\/h3>\n<p>The changes in JEE Main exam is given below:<\/p>\n<h4>General changes:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Aadhar is not mandatory to document for JEE Main Exam registration.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates with diabetes can take a water bottle, fruits and sugar tablets inside the exam centre.<\/li>\n<li>NTA has set up more than\u00a0<strong>3400 Practice centres<\/strong> in the country for the preparation of the exam.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Eligibility criteria:<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Age Limit: There is no age limit to appear in the examination.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>No weightage of Class 12<sup>th<\/sup> Marks.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>No weightage to the performance of the candidate in the (10+2) or equivalent qualifying examinations.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Candidates will have to score 75% marks in the qualifying examination or be in the top 20 percentile in their board in order to be eligible for appearing in JEE Main 2021.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Earlier, there was 40% weightage of marks scored in boards and 60% weightage of performance in Joint Entrance Examination (Main).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>For reserved category<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Candidates who belong to SC\/ Category will have to score a minimum aggregate of 65% in boards or be in the top 20 percentile.<\/p>\n<h4>Exam pattern:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The NTA is conducting different exams for the B.Plan and B.Arch courses rather than a single exam.<\/li>\n<li>The number of question\u00a0in the exam paper has been\u00a0<strong>decreased<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>to 25 questions<\/strong>\u00a0(per subject) on comparison to last year (30 questions).<\/li>\n<li>Also, besides the MCQs in the paper, there will also be questions whose answers are to be filled as <strong>numerical values<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Application Fee:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The application fee has been increased as compared to last year.<\/li>\n<li>Fee can be paid through online mode.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.entrancezone.com\/engineering\/jee-advanced-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">JEE Advanced 2021<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Following are the changes in Joint Entrance Examination Advanced:<\/p>\n<h4>General changes:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The JEE Exam will be held in five countries and the USA is added in the list.<\/li>\n<li>The conducting body is changed every year by the authority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Paper timings:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Paper 1 will be conducted from 9 AM to 12 PM.<\/li>\n<li>Also, Paper 2 will be conducted from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Application fee:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The application fee for the Indian candidates has been increased and have been decreased for the foreign candidates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qualification Criteria<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">A total of 2.24 Lakhs Aspirants will qualify for writing <strong>JEE Advanced<\/strong>.
