The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Nagaland has officially started the 1st round of NEET UG counselling 2025 for MBBS/BDS admissions under the 85% state quota. Eligible candidates who qualified NEET UG 2025 can now register and participate in the seat allotment process.

Nagaland NEET Counselling 2025 – Started
Candidates have to fill the online application form for participating in the Nagaland NEET 2025 counselling process. The authority will release a state-wise merit list for candidates who are eligible for the state counselling. Candidates will be allotted as per their rankings in the state-wise merit list. The documents of all the selected candidated will be verified to check the eligibility for their admission.
After qualifying the NEET exam 2025, candidates have to register themselves on their website and submit the counselling fee. Then the seat allotment process will start and the result of the allotment will be published on the concerned website as Seat Allotment list after each round of counselling.

Selection & Admission Procedure

- Registration
- Candidates have to register themselves by filling the Application form.
- A valid email id and mobile number is required while filling the application form of the conselling.
- For successful submission of the application form, candidates have to pay the counselling fee.
- Document verification
- The documents of the candidate will be verified to check the eligibility of candidate.
- Without the successful verification, candidates are not allowed for the further process.
- Choice filling and Locking
- In this step, candidates have to fill their choices of programs and colleges.
- Candidates can fill any number of choices in the choice filling.
- After that, candidates must lock their choices and take a printout of it.
- Seat Allotment and Reporting
- After the counselling, seat allotment list is released.
- Selected candidates have to download the letter and have to visit the reporting center on the reporting date and time.
Reservation Criteria
The reservation on various categories for medical and dental seats for the Nagaland will be fixed by the state government authority. Candidates will get the reservation benefits only after producing the relevant documents at the counselling.
Without showing the complete documents proving the eligibility of the candidate for the reservation, no candidates will be able to claim for the reservation in any category, or will be considered in the open category in that situation.
