ATIT-2020 is one of the known engineering tests is conducted by The ICFAI Foundation for providing admission to the IFHE (Higher Education), Hyderabad. This exam is the course for admission to the courses such as B.Tech in various areas like Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics, Electric, etc at various campuses within the Indi. The mode of attempting the test is both offline as well as online. ATIT Exam is an All India Admission Exam conducted by The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad. ATIT stands for ICFAI Tech School Admission Test. It was earlier popular as ATIT. ATIT stands for Admission Test for ICFAI Science and Technology. 

ATIT 2020 Eligibility Criteria

The candidates while applying should carefully check the eligibility criteria for the examination of ATIT-2020. The candidates should fulfil the eligibility criteria. If an applicant is found ineligible for whatever reasons even after admission into the Program, his/her admission will be cancelled. All admissions will be subject to verification of facts from the original certificates/documents of the students. The decision of the Admissions Committee regarding the eligibility of any applicant shall be final.
The candidates must have 50% or above marks in class XII or equivalent examination with the major subjects as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English.
Candidates should fulfil the minimum age requirement as prescribed by the university.

Eligibility Criteria for ATIT 2020 Entrance Exam

Candidates must check the eligibility given below:

Eligibility Criteria 
  • The applicant should fulfil the minimum age requirements as prescribed by the respective Board through which the applicant has appeared for the qualifying examination.
  • Applicants should have completed 12 years of formal schooling to apply for the program. 


  • Pass with 60% and above aggregate marks in Class XII (“or it's equivalent”).
  • Major subjects - Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English 




  • Candidates appearing in the last year of their qualifying exam are also eligible to apply.


ATIT 2020 Eligibility Criteria According to University

The eligibility criteria for ATIT 2020 exam according to the different universities is as follows:

ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh


  • Candidate must have 55% marks in aggregate in Class 10 and 12 or it is equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects. 
  • Candidate must qualify JEE Main Examination.
  • Candidates opting for only ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh need not appear ATIT exam.

IFHE Hyderabad, ICFAI University Dehradun, ICFAI University, Jaipur, ICFAI University, Raipur & ICFAI University Jharkhand


  • Candidate must have 55% marks in aggregate in Class 10 and 12 or it is equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects.
