The whole aptitude test is of 150 marks. The type of question varies as per the specialisation of the subject opted by candidates. The Aptitude Test will consist of the following papers: -

Delhi College of Art New Delhi till now offers placement to most of their students. DCA New Delhi has actively working Placement cell for career guidance and recruitment of the students. It has always been a guiding force for the students and helped them to work on their skills, aptitudes, strengths and weaknesses. The vision of the Placement has always been to guide the students for the enrichment of lives and the fulfilment of their dreams. Big brands and well-recognized companies are also invited to the student's placement. They allow regular internship and industrial training also.
Scholarships are provided for reserved category candidates based on the availability of funds as well as marks and condition of students. The college awards Merit and Merit-cum-Means Scholarships of INR 75 per month up to 5% and 10% respectively of the total number of student as per rules.
The candidates will be called for counselling in the order of merit based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination. The prescribed fee and the following original documents with one set of photocopies shall be produced at the time of counselling for admission.
Delhi College of Art New Delhi was established in 1942 under the Delhi Technological University in the department of arts. The college is under the Faculty of Music & Fine Art, University of Delhi. Located in New Delhi, the institute was developed for providing high-quality education in advanced Visual Art training. It offers both Bachelor’s and Master’s degree courses in fine arts, focusing on subjects such as art, history, painting, sculpture and printmaking. Different courses are offered in three basic departments - Visual Art, Applied Art and Creative Art. These courses include Master of Fine Arts in applied art, visual communication and sculpture. The Bachelor of Fine Arts is offered in the same subjects. The highly qualified faculty consists of artists, graphic designers and sculptors.
