PDUNIPPD Admission 2020 UG Courses

Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Institute for the Physically Handicapped offers 3 undergraduate courses under its course curriculum. The minimum eligibility criteria are that candidates must have passed10+2 exams or its equivalent from a recognized board with PCBE for BPT/BOT and PCME/PCBE for BPO provide that the student has passed in each subject separately. The selection of candidates for admission to BPT/BOT/BPO will be made based on merit in the entrance test. The other details related to admission in UG courses can be found below:

There will be a common entrance test for BOT, BPT and BPO course which will be conducted by PDUNIPPD as per the directions of the University of Delhi. The test will be of three hours duration and shall consist of multiple choices, objective type questions based on Senior Secondary Scholl Certificate (10+2) curriculum of CBSE or its equivalent.

There will be one question paper consisting of four parts A, B, C and D as mentioned below:

The candidate opting for BPO course will have the option to attempt questions either in Biology or Mathematics depending upon their subjects in qualifying examinations (10+2). Such candidates will opt the subject in the Application form in the appropriate column to appear in the test. Rest of the questions in the subjects of physics, chemistry, Gen. Knowledge and English will be the same for all candidates.

PDUNIPPD Admission 2020 Application Procedure

The application form for admission in UG and PG can be filled online through the official website of Delhi University and the application fee must be submitted through the online mode of Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card. Candidates can follow these steps to fill the form of various courses in PDUNIPPD:

  • Visit the official website: http://du.ac.in.
  • Click on the UG/PG registration link.
  • Prospectus will be available online and can be downloaded from institutes's website www.iphnewdelhi.in/ pdunippd.in
  • Application form will be available and accepted in online mode only at the institute's website www.iphnewdelhi.in w.e.f 19th May, (Tuesday) 2020 to 09th July, (Thursday) 2020
  • OTP will be sent via mail/SMS.
  • Type the OTP and fill the application form.
  • Enter the personal information and qualification details.
  • Scan and upload passport size photograph and signature.
  • Upload scanned supporting documents.
  • Preview the filled information.

Documents Required

PDUNIPPD will accept self-attested xerox copies of document papers submitted by students. If the candidate is unable to submit the requisite documents by the required date, her admission will automatically stand cancelled.

The students shall be required to submit the following self-attested documents along with the application form in original:

  • Class X Board Examination Certificate
  • Class X Marks Sheet
  • Class XII Marks Sheet
  • Class XII Provisional Certificate / Original Certificate
  • Graduation mark sheet and other certificates (for PG courses)
  • Character Certificate (recent)
  • SC / ST Certificate (in the name of the candidate) issued by the competent authority.
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate (in the name of the Candidate) issued by the competent authority.
  • Transfer Certificate from school /college as well as Migration Certificate from Board/University is required from those students who have passed the senior secondary exam from outside Delhi.
