Admission in the St. Stephen's College 2020 is mainly in the following levels:

PwD Candidates are exempted for the online interview. Only candidates with name in the cut-off list released by the college, can appear in an online interview. Candidates belonging to the sports category will get 5% of the sanctioned seat.
Reservation of Seats
50% of the total seats on an overall basis are reserved for Christian candidates. These reserved seats are filed as below:
- 17% of the seats are reserved by Christian applicants belonging to Scheduled Tribe.
- 25% of the total seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the church of North India. 50% out of it (12.5% of the total) shall be earmarked for applicants who belong to the Diocese of Delhi, CNI who manages the entire college.
- The remaining 33% seats shall be reserved for candidates of other Christian denominations, who will be referred to as ‘Christian others’.
After reserving 50% seats for Christian candidates, rest of the 50% are left for the General/SC/OBC/ST category candidates will be divided as following:
- 17% for SC/ST
- Remaining 83% are reserved for General Merit category
Applicants who are applying through the Sports quota, shall be offered admission on the basis of the following merit distribution:
- Class XII marks - (BFS/PCM) 40%
- Merit in Sports - (College trials 20% and Certificates (30%)

How To Apply For St. Stephens College?
Candidates have to follow the steps given below in order to apply for admission in all the UG and PG courses.
For Indian Candidates
- Sign Up with the University of Delhi at their admission portal i.e. du.ac.in.
- Complete the registration process and pay the application fee.
- Obtain the University admission form number.
- Candidates need to submit the application form online from the St Stephens official website.
- The prescribed application fee for the UG course is Rs 300/-.
- The prescribed application fee for candidates applying through sports quota is Rs 300/-.
- The application fee must be paid online at the time of submitting the form. Any other mode of payment is not accepted.
For Foreign Nationals
- Register with the foreign Student registry i.e. fsr.du.ac.in.
- Obtain the FSR Form number after the application fee payment.
- Visit the college registration section and register by providing basic details.
- Now, candidate will receive a verification mail at the registered mail id.
- Fill all the details followed by the online fee payment.
- Candidates are advised to print the application form for future use.
Documents Required for the Interview
Applicants appearing for the interview should bring the following documents with them:
- Two of the recent passport photographs
- Printout of the interview call letter
- The following documents, original and one set of self-attested copies:
- Certificate of Birth of the applicant (normally the Secondary School Certificate).
- Mark-sheet of the qualifying examination.
- For Candidates from Christian Category: Baptism Certificate and a letter of recommendation from the parish priest concerned.
- Candidates who have not undergone baptism for being members of churches that practice adult or believer’s baptism may submit the baptism certificates of either of their parents and a certificate from the pastor concerned that the candidate is a practising Christian.
- For students from SC/ST Category: SC/ST Certificate from a competent authority
- For students from PwD Category: Physical Disability Certificate
- For students from Foreign Boards: Equivalence Certificate from AIU, only if the examination conducted by their board/examining body is not mentioned in the list of examinations regarded as equivalent to CBSE’s class 12 examination by the University of Delhi/the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
- For Children of Martyrs: Educational concession certificate from a competent authority.
