Documents Required for ICAR AIEEA PG 2022 Counselling

Check the list of documents required for verification at the time of counselling process:

• High School/ 10th Certificate to confirm DOB
• Class 12th mark sheet & pass certificate.
• Admit Card of ICAR AIEEA PG 2022
• Provisional/Degree certificate of qualifying graduate examination.
• Category Certificate(if applicable)
• Medical certificate in case of Physically Challenged (PC) candidate.
• Character Certificate from last attended Institute
• A hard copy of the Online Application Form
• Confirmation Letter issued by the ICAR
• Aadhaar card or 28 digits Aadhaar Enrolment ID copy.
• Three recent passport size colour photographs 
• For candidates of J&K, Assam & Meghalaya, a copy of passport /ration card /bank passbook or any other valid Govt. Identity card as applicable.

ICAR AIEEA PG 2022 Counselling Procedure

ICAR AIEEA PG 2022 Counselling process involves the following steps:

• Registration for online Counseling

Candidates will have to first register online by entering their rank, date of birth and mobile number.

• Choice Selection

1. After registration, the candidate can select the courses and university as per their preference, also they can add/ modify/ delete choices during the stipulated time period.
2. Provision for interchange/upward movement/ downward movement will also be available.
3. After making the choices, save it & lock it if satisfied.  
4. The candidates will be informed about the allotted University and Course through e-mail/SMS.

• Allotment Letter

1. Once the choices will be locked, the candidates will be able to download their allotment letter in PDF format from the official website.
2. After downloading the allotment letter, the successful candidates will have to report to the allotted University.
3. The University will check online details of provisional admission offer (from ICAR) downloadable by the candidates for verification.
4. After verifying the original documents, the university will issue the final admission letter online to the admitted candidates mentioning the award of NTS, as applicable.

• Submission of Documents

  All selected candidates will have to submit original certificates and mark sheets to the Registrar of the University, which will be returned after verification. Candidates will have to upload the original documents with self-attested photocopies, photographs and also have to produce at the time of admission in the allotted university.
