1. B.Tech: Admission to B.Tech program is based on the rank obtained in JEE Main/ SAT score or Amrita Entrance Examination-Engineering (AEEE). Candidates have to fill the application form on the official website of the university.
2. MBA: Admission to the MBA program is based on the rank obtained in the national level entrance examinations such as CAT/MAT/GMAT/CMAT/XAT followed by group discussion and personal interview.
3. M.Tech: Admission to the M.Tech program is based on the rank obtained in the GATE examination followed by personal interview.

Amrita University offers admission in undergraduate and postgraduate engineering program in different specializations in full-time mode. Admission of the candidates will be based on the score obtained in the Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam(AEEE) along with the counselling for the selection. Minimum eligibility for B.Tech is 10+2 with a minimum of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects and a minimum of 55% marks in the individual subject.

Amrita University provides admission to a different postgraduate program in various disciplines in a full-time mode. Applicants who have minimum eligibility for PG courses in the relevant Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Selection to MA in Philosophy course is based on Interview round. Admission to MA in Communication and PGDJ is granted on the basis of CAP TEST followed by GD/PI.

For MA in English Literature, M.Sc. and MSW is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination followed by an Interview

For MBA, the candidate must have passed Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university. For MBA, candidates are selected on the basis of KMAT/CAT/MAT/XAT/GRE/GMAT/CMAT scores followed by GD/PI.

Amrita University provides a Bachelor of Arts in two specialisations and an Integrated Master of Science in four specialisations. Candidates for admission to the BA English Language and Literature and the Integrated M.Sc. programmes will be chosen based on their qualifying examination scores and a personal interview.

Candidates for the BA in Mass Communication will be shortlisted through the university's CAP TEST (Communication Aptitude Test), which will be followed by a Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

For UG programmes, a minimum of 10+2 in the relevant stream from a recognised board is required.

Note: Applicants who received more than 70% in the qualifying examination in aggregate are excused from the CAP TEST, but must still present for the interview.

University provides admission in Ph.D. at the research level in full-time and part-time. To be eligible for admission aspirants are required to have a Master's Degree in the respective course with 55% marks.

To take admission to the university candidates will have to appear for the entrance test following by the personal interview which is conducted the university itself. For Ph.D. part-time, candidates are selected on the basis of an entrance test and an interview followed by an evaluation of past academic records.

• Firstly, candidates need to visit the official website of the university and click on the given application link.
• Need to upload the scanned copy of the photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
• Applicants have to pay Rs. 1000 as an application fee.
• Fill in the details in the application form carefully.

Procedure for MSW Course:

Applicants have the option of applying both online and offline. Download the application form and carefully fill it out if you want to use it offline. Send it to Admission Coordinator (MSW) along with a DD for INR 500 payable to "Amrita School of Engineering" in Coimbatore.

Procedure for Ph.D. Course:

The application form for the MBA program is available in online mode only. Given below are the steps that candidates should follow:

Applicants for admission to the university's Engineering, Business, Humanities and Social Science, and Pure Sciences programmes must apply online through the university's official website.
