Bharathidasan University (BDU) Admissions 2023 for various courses will be conducted by Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli. Bharathidasan University( BDU) was established in February 1982 and it was named after the great revolutionary Tamil Poet, Bharathidasan. It is a state university located in the city of Tiruchirapalli of Tamilnadu in India. The university has a total of 4 faculties, 16 schools, 37 departments, and 29 specialized Research Centres. It has 3 campuses Palkalaiperur, Khajamalal and BIM. It has a campus area of about 631.17 acres in its main campus.
This University has 151 Affiliated Colleges including 10 constituent colleges, 21 Govt. Colleges, 11 Government-aided colleges. It offers various UG, PG, Diploma, Certificate courses, and distance education programs in the University departments. All the UG and PG courses are conducted under a non- semester system except MCA and MBA are conducted semester-wise along with regular courses.

APPLICATION FEE:
Rs. 355 for general candidates and Rs. 175 for SC/ST Candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu on Production of attested copy of community certificate and for physically challenged candidates by the production of the disability certificate including GST by online or sending Demand Draft.

Bharathidasan University (BDU) Admissions 2023 Counselling Procedure:
Following documents are required for counselling process:
- Original counselling letter along with photocopy of counselling letter
- Original Admit card along with photocopy of admit card
- All the original and at least 2 photocopy of certificates of 10th and 12th pass
- Rank card
- Scorecard
- 4-6 passport size photographs
- Other supportive documents.
Reservation Criteria: There is reservation criteria for SC/ST and physically handicapped students of Tamilnadu.
Placement: There is a placement cell in the university and its highest package is 17 lakh p.a for institute of management in BIM campus of this university.
