Galgotias University collaborated with the NASSCOM to launch the ‘Employability Enhancement Program for Students’ to implement Qualification Pack (QP) based Training Programs and Assessments. 

• NASSCOM has signed an MoU with the University to offer the QPs through Outcome-Based Framework (OBF).
• All the program courseware are developed by SSC NASSCOM, and the strategic alliance with the university aims to offer the program to all undergraduate students as an elective course to enhance the employability skills of these students. 
• The training system benefits about 1,000+ students in the initial year, to get them industry-ready.
• The Qualification Packs(QP) offered by the NASSCOM are listed below:

GU, Greater Noida Student Development Program

The university develops the following skills in its students viz; pleasing personality, ability to think on feet, presentation skills, team skills, decision making capability, analytical bent of mind, communication skills, positive attitude, innovation, etc to face the corporate world.

• School of Life Long Learning comprises of 30 trainers. They have been veterans in their field and have played a vital role in framing the entire pedagogy, teaching methodology, framework of the School. 
• School of Life Long Learning starts training students from the first year till the final year of the academic so that by the end of their program they are capable enough to crack the selection process of the top companies for campus placement.
• The School of Galgotias University has been grooming its B.Tech., M.Tech.,MBA, MCA and BCA students

The university has also started its English Proficiency Program to train its students for good English to meet the requirements of the companies.

• This program was inaugurated by the renowned educator, Dr Steven T. Hawkins to bring about positive transformation amongst students.
• The English Proficiency program is in the house training centre, to enhance the employability skills of students. Under this program, students are trained from their very first year onwards. 
• The content of the first year is based on basic communication skills with activities and presentation skills and develop self-confidence.
• During the second and third year, the program focuses on quantitative and verbal aptitude. Mock interviews and group discussions are regularly conducted for practice.
• In their final year, students are given extra training during their summer holidays to face job interviews.
