- Fill the application form and upload photograph and required documents.
- Attach the required documents, including –
- Matriculation / High School Mark sheet and passing certificate
- 10+2 / Intermediate/ Senior Secondary School Examination mark sheet and passing certificate
- Valid Entrance test scorecard
- Bachelor’s degree and mark sheet (for PG courses)
- Master’s degree and mark sheet (for PG/PhD courses)
- Caste certificate
- Certificate in respect to Physically Handicapped Candidates.

- Proof of annual parental income from all sources (in case of TFW quota candidates and SC candidates.
