Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) was established under the Gujarat National Law University Act, 2003 in the state of Gujarat in the year 2003 as a public law school. It is located at Gandhinagar. The University is based on the structure of the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore. It is the 17th NLU to be set up in the country. It is accredited with an A grade by NAAC. GNLU offers various Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Ph.D. programmes in the field of Law.
GNLU Admission 2023 to the Gujarat National Law University ug & pg courses was based on the separate entrance exam conducted by the university itself, but now it offers admission to the candidates based on the scores of the CLAT(Common Law Admission Test). - Total intake for the LLM program is 60 except supernumerary seats which are 03. Minimum 10 Seats will be reserved under each specialization and the remaining 20 seats will be filled up based on the choice of stream-option by the candidates. There will be no upper limit on the intake of candidates, subject to the condition that the overall intake is not exceeding 60. If any course is not offered due to less number of candidates for that particular specialization, then the aspirants of the same course will be transferred to other courses on the basis of available seats as per the guidelines of the Academic Council.
- The total intake of MBA courses is 20 seats.
