The university offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) with 330 seats. Candidates who have born on or after 01 October 1997 are eligible for applying. The university will fill 50% seats in B.Tech through JEE Main score and rest 50% will be done based on merit in 10+2 level. Students who have scored less than 60% marks in 12th standard final examination can apply through JUAT examination.

At the undergraduate level, Jaypee University also offers B.A, B.Sc, BBA, B.Com programmes. The minimum eligibility required for admission is 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks. Also, candidates with less than 50% marks in 10+2 level examination can also apply for JUAT for admission in UG courses. If in case, candidates have passed 10+2 with agriculture subjects can also apply for BBA/B.Com program but marks obtained in theory will be considered for admission.
