JUIT Time Table 2020 Important Instruction Regarding the Examination
Students who are eligible to appear for the Jaypee University of Information & Technology exam are advised to follow the instructions given by the examiner/ invigilator, before the commencement of the exam. The important points to be followed on the day of the examination are mentioned below:
- Candidates should reach the Examination Hall 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam.
- Students should carry the admit card and their valid identity card on the day of the exam.
- Take care of the question paper provided whether is correct or not, before writing your exam.
- There is a prohibition to carry any unfair means such as Mobile Phone/Pager, Scanner pen or camera, or any electronic/digital gadget, etc inside the examination hall.
- Students are advised to bring their stationery items. Exchanging of stationery is not allowed during the exam.
- Avoid any kind of malpractice during the exam. If any candidate is found involved in malpractice then he/she shall be booked under the UFM.
- If supportive material, other than that which is necessarily permitted, is found at or by the desk, it may be treated as an attempt to cheat and relevant procedures for cheating will be followed.

About Jaypee University of Information & Technology
The JUIT was conceived by a joint vision of the Govt of Himachal Pradesh and the Founder Chairman of Jaypee Group Shri Jai Prakash Gaur in 2000. The academic activities of JUIT commenced from July 2002 with undergraduate B. Tech degree programs in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Bioinformatics, and Biotechnology. Civil Engineering was added in July 2003. Besides B. Tech programs, the university is presently offering M. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering (Information Security), Biotechnology, Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering, Construction Management, and Environmental Engineering. M Sc Programs are offered in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Physics, and Statistics. Doctoral Ph.D. is offered in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Humanities and Social Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, and Materials Science. The University has been twice accredited by NAAC (2011 and 2017) and the bulk of its programs are NBA accredited. The University campus is spread over 25 acres of lush green picturesque slopes of Waknaghat hills in the Solan District of Himachal Pradesh. The smart campus is pollution-free and enjoys lovely weather throughout the year.
