The form can be filled in three ways, all are given below:
- The candidate may obtain the Prospectus & form on Payment of Rs. 700/- from Admission Cell of the University or from University Camp Office or under a post by sending a Demand Draft of Rs. 750/- in favour of Mohammad Ali Jauhar University payable at Rampur.
- The form can be downloaded from the university's website. A duly filled Registration Form shall be submitted by the person or by post to the Admission Cell, Mohammad Ali Jauhar University, Rampur 244 901, U.P.
- The candidates can also apply online on the official website of the university.
- Payment through Debit Card or Credit Card only.
- Those who will apply online, are advised to keep the photocopy of the filled form for future reference.
