Sunrise University Alwar was established in the year 2011 under the Sunrise University Act, 2011 (Act No. 25 of 2011). The university is recognized by the UGC and is a venture of the well-known and reputed educational group “IET Group of Institutions”. It occupies the area of 30 acres in the National Capital Region Alwar which is also known as “Tiger Gate of Rajasthan”. The university operates under the guidance of the Chairperson - Dr. V. K. Agarwal, President - Prof. (Dr.) S. K. Gupta, Registrar - Prof. (Dr.) R. S. Parihar and Director - Er. Deep Kamal Agarwal, Executive Director - Dr. Manju Agarwal.
