Thapar is an amazing college to pursue your studies.
Admission Experience:
There are majorly 2 ways to get admission in this college. One is by giving an entrance exam of JEE Mains and clearing it with an aggregate pencentile of 15% and other is on the basis of Class 12th Board Examination which is to becleared with an average percentile of 60%.
Placement Experience:
The placment cell of this college is great. Big companies like Samsung, Hyundai, American Express etc visits the campus and provide students with best internships and packages.Yes students can avail internships in between the session as well depending on their personalities and capabilities.
Conclusion:
I will definitely rate my college in a good category. it excells at everything whether its infrastructure or comfortable accomodation or Academics.Also, other than academics the college has various societies where students can participate in their free time.
