IIT Guwahati was established in 1994 by the Government of India. At present, it provides admission in B.Tech, B.Des, M.Tech, MA, MS by Research, Ph.D. & PDF courses in various specialisation. IIT Guwahati also provides Integrated M.Tech+ Ph.D. and MS+Ph.D. programs.

IIT Guwahati B.Tech Admission 2020
IITG provides full-time B.Tech courses in various discipline for the duration of four years. Candidates have to qualify in both JEE Main and JEE Advanced to take admission in B.Tech. course. Minimum requirements for B.Tech is 75% marks in 10+2 with PCM/B stream.

IIT Guwahati B.Des Admission 2020
IITG offers full-time B.Des courses for four years. Candidate must have a valid UCEED score for B.Des program. The minimum eligibility criteria for this course is that the interested applicant must have passed their Class 12th.

IIT Guwahati (IITG) M.Tech Admission 2020
IITG also offers M.Tech in several specializations. M.Tech programs are offered in both regular and sponsored modes. Only GATE qualified candidates can apply for M.Tech (Regular & Integrated). Final admission is done based on counselling conducted at national level.

IITG also offers admission in two-year M.Des courses. For M.Des candidate must have valid CEED score.

IIT Guwahati Ph.D. & PDF Admission 2019
Ph.D. program is available in Regular, Sponsored, Part-Time, and Self-Financed modes. Project Staff of IITG can also apply for this course. GATE/ NET (JRF)/ INSPIRE or CEED qualified candidates can apply for Ph.D. IITG also offers admission to PDF in different specializations. Initially, the candidates will be shortlisted as per their applications and then they will be called for further Department-Based interview rounds.
