Lakshmibai College for Women Application Process 2020

Candidates seeking admission in Lakshmibai College for Women must have to apply in online mode. They have to register online from the official website of the University of Delhi. Given below are some steps to apply:
  • Go to the Delhi University official website.
  • New candidates have to register by clicking on the ‘New User Signup’ option on the home page.
  • After completion of the registration process, a verification email will be sent to candidates’ e-mail ID.
  • Click on tab displaying ‘Confirm registration’.
  • Log in again to the UG/PG admission portal by clicking on ‘Registered User’.
  • Candidates have to enter Personal details like - Candidate’s Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Parent's Name, Address, Phone Number, City, state, and Pin code.
  • Candidates from reserved category have to enter their category (SC/ST/OBC/PH).
  • Students have to pay for the course which they want to pursue as per their eligibility.
  • They can choose more than one course at the time of application.
  • Candidates must have to submit the application form along with the application fee (Rs 100 for General/OBC candidates and Rs 50 for SC/ST candidates) by Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking.
  • In last upload the documents, fill the details asked in the application form and submit it.

  • Scan copy of Class X mark sheet, Class XII mark sheet
  • Scan copy of bachelor’s degree or provisional degree
  • Photograph and Signature scan copy
  • Category certificate, SC/ST/OBC

Lakshmibai College cut off 2020

Delhi University will publish its Lakshmibai College cut off 2020 for both courses wise & category wise. Applicants who fulfil the cutoff requirement of Delhi University are eligible for admission. The cutoff list will provide candidates with an idea as to whether they are eligible for the course or not. Candidates must have to score at least the cut off marks set by University of Delhi for admission at Lakshmibai College.

Lakshmibai College for Women Reservation

  • 22½ % of the total numbers of seats is reserved for applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste Scheduled Tribes (15% for Scheduled Caste and 7½% for Scheduled Tribes, interchangeable, if necessary).
  • It is a statutory obligation on the part of Colleges to fill all seats reserved for Scheduled Caste /Scheduled Tribe applicants.
  • Relaxation to the extent of 5% in the minimum marks will be given to the applicants belonging to SC and ST to determine their eligibility and merit for admission to the programme concerned.
  • In case, after giving 5% relaxation, the reserved seats still remain vacant, further relaxation would be given to the extent required in order to fill up all the reserved seats.(AC Resolution A88, 14.6.1983) (EC Resolution 157, 24121.2001). Eligibility in these cases is pass percentage.
