• The candidates have to fill the online application form for the free counselling  in their interested course .
• Also , the candidates need to fill the entrance exam form API CET before May 7, 2020 .

• The application fees for API CET 2020 is Rs. 550 before May 7 , 2020 .
• The candidates who will be submitting the form after May 7 have to pay INR 2000 + the application fees as the late fees charges.

• Collect the receipt from the AP  online centre .
• All the previous educational documents are needed (10th/ 12th / graduation ) marksheets .
• Income statement if applying through RTE quota .
• Study certificates issued by MRO through MeeSeva 
• Study certificates from class 6th to 12th / graduation/ diploma or any other degree .
• Caste certificate issued by MRO through MeeSeva 
• Aadhar card printout 
• Ration Card printout 
• A passport sized coloured photograph in .jpg with less than 50kb 
•  Scanned signature should be on white paper with black ink 
• Signature should be less than 30kb.

•   Visit the official site below https://sche.ap.gov.in/ICET/IVET/ICET_HomePage.aspx

• Select the option “Fee payment’’ 
• A form appears . Fill in all the mandatory details required  those are the candidate's name , examination hall ticket number (graduation) , e - mail ID , mobile number , date of birth , alternate mobile number of the Guardian and fees amount .
• Then, click on the mandatory details click on Initiate payment button where the candidate gets the pop - up of payment options.
• After choosing the relevant card type logo is selected by the candidate .
• Click on “ make  payment’’ tab. 
• Candidates will have 2 options now either to proceed to fill or proceed later . Click on proceed to fill the application to fill it immediately .
• Fill in the details of payment reference ID , mobile number , qualifying examination hall ticket details and date of birth and then click on “proceed” to fill further .
• Once the online application is submitted , the candidates can choose 2 options either to - Modify  and confirm/ freeze. 
• The candidates can also take out the print out of their respective forms .

• This year API CET 2020 will be conducted in online mode due to covid -19 lockdown .
• The paper will consist of 200 Multiple choice questions which carry 1 mark each .
• The candidate has to choose one option from all four . 
• Duration of the exam will be 2.5 hours .
• There will be 3 sections individually A , B and C which will have 75 questions each .
