Satyawati College offers two modes of admission for postgraduate courses-

Direct Admission (Category I): Any Student applying for direct admission would need to enrol by filling in a structure face to face with the Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board (NCWEB). 
Through Entrance Test (Category II): Students applying under this classification would need to enlist online in NCWEB. The online enlistment would be led for those looking for induction into PG courses under the Faculty of Law/Arts and Humanities/Science and Engineering. Additionally, entrance tests and Interviews would be taken for induction into PG courses. 

Satyawati College Certificate/Diploma/Add-On Courses 2020

Satyawati College conducts Certificate and Diploma courses in the following two foreign languages -

German and French on a self-sustaining basis since 1990s. Classes are conducted by language experts and professionals who come from the Department of Foreign languages in the morning between 7.30 am and 9.30 am.

Satyawati College Application Process 2020

Candidates seeking admission in Satyawati College must have to apply in online mode. They have to register online from the official website of the University of Delhi. Given below are some steps to apply:

  • Go to the Delhi University official website.
  • New candidates have to register by clicking on the ‘New User Signup’ option on the home page.
  • After completion of the registration process, a verification email will be sent to candidates’ e-mail ID.
  • Click on tab displaying ‘Confirm registration’.
  • Log in again to the UG/PG admission portal by clicking on ‘Registered User’.
  • Candidates have to enter Personal details like - Candidate’s Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Parent's Name, Address, Phone Number, City, state, and Pin code.
  • Candidates from reserved category have to enter their category (SC/ST/OBC/PH).
  • Students have to pay for the course which they want to pursue as per their eligibility.
  • They can choose more than one course at the time of application.
  • Candidates must have to submit the application form along with the application fee (Rs 100 for General/OBC candidates and Rs 50 for SC/ST candidates) by Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking.
  • In the last upload, the documents, fill the details asked in the application form and submit it.

  • Scan copy of Class X mark sheet, Class XII mark sheet
  • Scan copy of bachelor’s degree or provisional degree
  • Photograph and Signature scan copy
  • Category certificate, SC/ST/OBC 
  • A certificate with reference for Kashmiri migrant, sports quota or Extra-Curricular activities (ECA) quota (if applicable)
Candidates must carry the original documents along with the photocopies during the counselling session:
  • Character certificate from the last attended College or School 
  • Class X certificate as proof of the date of birth
  • Provisional certificate of the last passed examination
  • Class X, XII Marksheet
  • Graduation Certificate (for Postgraduate candidates)
  • Four passport size recent photographs.
  • Address Proof of both students and Parents

  • Candidates from the BPL category have to submit their income certificate/affidavit for purpose of student aid fund at the time of admission.

Satywati College Cut off 2020

For admission to the Satywati College, it is mandatory for the candidates to meet the cutoff. The college is supposed to release about five to six cutoff lists for admission to various courses. Candidates who secure minimum marks or more than mentioned in the Satyawati College cut off 2020 scores can appear in further admission process. The cutoff is determined on the basis of various factors such as number of applications received, seats available and others.

  • In all UG courses, 3% of the seats are held for the students who have a physical disability (the handicap ought to not be under 40%).

Satyawati College

Satyawati College is a university college in Delhi, India, affiliated to the University of Delhi. It offers both morning and evening classes to a student base of almost 2,400, with a permanent teaching staff of around 150. Satyawati College, a constituent College of the University of Delhi, was established in the year 1972 by the Government of Delhi. The College is named after a great freedom fighter, Behen (Sister) Satyawati, grand­-daughter of Swami Shradhanand, who worked in close association with leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Jawahar Lal Nehru, Jai Prakash Narain and Sarojini Naidu. She worked tirelessly till her death for uprooting poverty, ignorance and communalism. She was named Toofani Behen (Stormy Sister) by Mahatma Gandhi for her zeal and commitment. The College is centrally located in Ashok Vihar, North Delhi and has a sprawling campus spread over an area of 10 acres. It is a co-educational institution and attracts students from all strata of society.
