Interested Applicants can apply online for B.E and Ph.D. courses. Furthermore, in the case of the Ph.D., candidates can also apply in offline mode. The application process for both modes is prescribed below:

Online Mode

  • "Candidates are required to visit the college's official site and click on the link to" Apply Online.
  • They will be required to fill out their information in the online application, such as name and mobile number.
  • The screen will show a page asking for more information as soon as the student fills in the above data.
  • Applicants now have to fill in personal information, correspondence, and education, and enter the captcha.
  • You need to click on the "Submit" button until the entire form is done.
  • Applicants would either be called or sent by mail, including guidance about how to apply for the courses, send their papers, and also submit the fees.

Offline Mode (For Ph.D. only)

  • Applicants need to download the application form first from the official VTU website.
  • They should then meet with the HOD concerned on the campus of the college to discuss the subjects they would like to select for their research.
  • They are then advised to pay a fee of INR 5,000/- for counselling fees, reservations of seats, and fees for application.
  • After paying, the completed application form must be submitted along with the receipt of INR 5,000/—
  • Applicants are also told that they will obtain the same application form with the signatures and seals of the HOD and the Principal in question.
  • Finally, applicants have to apply this application form in person at VTU, Belgaum.
