COMEDK UGET 2027 Eligibility Criteria 

COMEDK UGET Eligibility Criteria 2027 is mentioned below for the Undergraduate Engineering and Architecture courses, aspirants must go through to not face problems at the time of admission:

• The qualifying examination for admission for B.E. is the second PUC/10+2 Higher Secondary/equivalent examination recognized by the State/Central Government: the last two years of study comprising Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with English as a compulsory subject.
• The General Merit candidates should have passed with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% in respect of SC/ST/OBC candidates of Karnataka State) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and should have passed these subjects individually. Physics and Mathematics are compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Bio-Technology or Biology or Computer Science or Electronics as optional subjects.
• Diploma candidates will not be eligible to take the Entrance Test as there are no lateral entry admissions.

• The qualifying examination for admission to B.Arch. course is the second PUC/10+2.
• No candidate shall be admitted to the architecture programme unless he or she has passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and 50% marks in aggregate at the 10+2 level.
• Candidates applying for COMEDK UGET must have qualified a recognised aptitude test in Architecture (NATA or equivalent) for the relevant admission year.
• Candidates seeking admission to the B.Arch. course shall submit a separate application form for counselling as per the notification on the COMEDK website.

• Rank Card will be generated only for those candidates who become eligible for admission to Under Graduate Courses as per the regulations of AICTE / VTU.

COMEDK UGET 2027 Admit Card

COMEDK UGET 2027 Admit Card will be available on the official website of COMEDK from an expected date in May 2027.

• Hall Ticket along with Photo Identity proof should be carried to the Test Centre at the time of the test.
• Admit Card if found with incorrect details shall lead to debarring of the candidate from appearing for the entrance examination.

• Candidates are requested to follow to results and scorecard according to which they will be further notified for counselling and allotment of colleges.

COMEDK UGET 2027 Tie-Breaking

The result of COMEDK UGET 2027 will be based on candidates' marks in the entrance exam. The marks are calculated using the marking scheme of the exam, which is 1 mark for each correct answer. There shall be no negative marking.

• The principle of least negative responses (number of wrong answers in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry.
• If ties persist, then aggregate marks in Physics and Mathematics in the Entrance Test

COMEDK UGET 2027 Counselling is expected to commence after the result declaration, and students who qualify the examination will be allowed to participate in counselling. Based on their choice preferences, they will be allotted colleges under the COMEDK Undergraduate Entrance Test 2027 counselling.

About Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka

The Karnataka Professional Colleges Foundation has formed COMEDK to determine the merit of students seeking admission in the member institutions. COMEDK has been assigned the task of organizing a common entrance test from the year 2019. Its entrance test & publication of test scores and rank list will be followed by centralized counselling (Single window system).

About COMEDK UGET

The COMEDK Under Graduate Entrance Test is the State level exam conducted for admission in fields like Medical, Engineering, and Dental sciences. Admission is given to 26 medical colleges, 24 dental colleges & 190 Engineering colleges. The exam is held once a year.
