MAH BPEd/MPEd 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The candidates need to properly read all the information given in this section about the MAH BPEd/MPEd Eligibility 2023. Also, they must first ensure their eligibility and then only start filling the application form. Following are the details about DHE BPEd/ MPEd eligibility criteria:
Eligibility Criterion For Bachelor of Physical Education Degree Course (B.P.Ed.):
- The candidate must have Indian citizenship. They must have completed their Bachelor's Degree in any field with at least 50% marks (general category candidates) and 45% marks (for Backward Class categories belonging to Maharashtra State). They should also have participated in the inter-college /inter-zonal /district/school competition in sports and games recognized by the IOA/AIU/SGFI/Government of India.
OR
- The candidate must have Bachelor‘s Degree in any discipline having at least 45% marks and 40% marks (for Backward Class categories belonging to Maharashtra State). Also, they must have studied Physical Education as an elective or compulsory subject.
OR
The candidate must have completed their Bachelor‘s Degree with at least 45% marks and 40% marks
(for Backward Class Categories of Maharashtra State) and should have participated in Inter-University / National /State Competitions or secured 1st, 2nd, or 3rd rank in inter-zonal /Inter-college /district /school competition in Sports and Games as recognized by the IOA/AIU/ SGFI/ Government of India.
OR
They should have participated in International Competitions in their Bachelor‘s Degree.
OR
Applicants must have completed Bachelor‘s Degree with at least 45% marks and 40% marks (for Backward Class Categories of Maharashtra State). They should have at least three years (for deputed in-service candidates, i.e., trained physical education teachers/ coaches).
NOTE: Candidates from Outside Maharashtra Universities will be considered as Open Category candidates
Eligibility Criterion For Master of Physical Education Degree Course (M.P.Ed.):
The candidates must have Indian citizenship and should have completed their Bachelor’s Degree in
Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or must have cleared an equivalent exam having at least 50% marks (45% marks for Backward Class Categories of Maharashtra State only).
OR
They should have done Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc.) in Health and Physical Education and should have a minimum of 50% marks and 45% marks in Backward Class Categories of Maharashtra State).
OR
All candidates, including backward class category candidates who have done their Degree / Post Graduate Degree from Out of Maharashtra Universities, will be considered Open Category candidates.
MAH BPEd/MPEd 2023 Admit Card
All the candidates must have complete information about the MAH BPEd/MPEd 2023 Admit Card to download their admit card timely and do not miss the last date for downloading the same.
- Applicants will have to download their hall ticket for online and field test online by going to the official website www.mahacet.org.
- DHE BPEd / MPEd admit card will be available on the official website.
- A notification will also be sent to the candidates to download their admit card through SMS/ E-mail.
- The link for downloading the online admit card will be available on the official website. The candidates can access the window for downloading the same by clicking on the link provided.
- Besides this, applicants will have to enter their Roll Number/ Registration Number, Birth Date/ Password to download the online hall ticket.
- Furthermore, candidates will also have to paste their recent passport-sized photograph on their admit card.
- The same photograph uploaded during the registration process must be pasted.
