TSWR BLV CET 2023 Preparation Tips

Given below are some of the tips that students can keep in mind while preparing:

  1. CREATE A STUDY PROGRAM - Before you sit down to pick up a book and start reading, make a reading plan. It will not only help a person maintain a good routine of study but also get a clear idea of what needs to be done and when. Write down the names of the lessons and topics, set priorities for each lesson, plan the number of days before the exam and assign each lesson in an orderly fashion, set study hours a day, plan study time and group breaks, etc. that will be easier for you. Following a study plan will automatically save you a lot of time and energy that would otherwise be wasted on ignorance and fear.

  1. CREATE A LEARNING PLACE - We are able to focus and learn as much as we can while in a fun and comfortable environment. Find the best place in the house, hostel or room where there is better light, fresh air and quiet. Spaces with minimal disruption are the most appropriate spaces for quality learning. Separate space from unnecessary items as much as possible to avoid distractions. Turn off the phone or stay in flight mode while reading. Different people have different options for learning about morals. While some may prefer to sit in a chair and read at the table, others may choose to lie down or walk around with a book in their study. So, find the best route and the most appropriate place and plan accordingly.

  1. TAKE BREAKS - The human brain works best when paused during intervals. Researchers have proven that short-term study with regular breaks is more effective than doing long hours without breaks. Forcing ourselves to read while our brain is asleep or inactive can be very tiring. Therefore, take regular breaks, take short walks, close your eyes or look away for relaxation.

  1. FOLLOW HEALTHY EATING - Good eating habits always lead to better health, thus having more energy. Avoid junk food, and increase your intake of fresh and nutritious foods to avoid unnatural sleep, fatigue, or illness. Drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated properly. Eating nuts, yoghurt and seeds can help ultimately concentrate better memory and memory.

  1. MAINTAIN YOUR RIGHT SLEEP - During sleep a person's mind and body are fully rested to gain strength and energy by completing a daily cycle of metabolism. Good 8-hour sleep is recommended by health professionals. Some people may prefer to study late at night, others may prefer early in the morning, so check which time of day is best for you, plan and maintain an appropriate sleep schedule.
