Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
Educational Qualifications: Applicants must have passed M.COM / CA / ICWA / CS for recognized university or institute as on 01 January 2020. And during the online registration at BSNL examination website, the applicant should declare the number appearing on the certificate & the name of the institution/university clearly.
Age: As per BSNL recruitment rule the Applicants should not be less than 20 years of age and shall not exceed 30 years of age. whereas the upper age limit relaxation is as per Government of India standing instructions.

Bond and Training
The candidate needs to sign a bong with BSNl specifying that he/she will serve in BSNL for a minimum period of 05(five) years. Also, the qualified applicant needs to go through a training programme. furthermore, candidates need to pass the pre-appointment training examination in the maximum of two attempts.
