There will be negative markings in the paper. Each correct answer will carry 1 mark and for each wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted. Questions not attempted will not be assessed and considered.
- There will be negative marking in CUET UG 2023 entrance exam. Each correct answer will carry 01 marks and for each wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
- Note that questions not attempted by candidates will not be assessed and considered for preparing the final merit list.
- The candidate will have to choose one correct answer and mark it on OMR Sheet. If a candidate marks multiple entries in the OMR Sheet for a particular question(s), it will be treated as the wrong answer with negative marking.
BASE Reservation
- 60% seats are reserved for students of Karnataka and the remaining 40% of seats are reserved for students of all States of the country including Karnataka.
- Of the 60% seats reserved for students of Karnataka, 20% is reserved for Scheduled Caste and 10% for Scheduled Tribe students.
- Of the 40% seats reserved for students of all States of the country including Karnataka, 20% is reserved for Scheduled Caste and 10% for Scheduled Tribe students as per Government of India reservation notification
Counselling 2023
Dr. B.R. Ambedkar School of Economics University will begin counselling for all eligible and qualified students. Candidates are expected to attend the counseling round on the date specified at the venue to ensure their admission.
