KUD PhD Admission 2023

The Karnatak University offers 42 Ph.D. regular courses for which the necessary detail is given below. The merit list of the selected candidates for admission to the program will be prepared after considering 50% marks of Post-graduation and 50% marks of the entrance test. Selection Process

The admission to the Ph.D. programs is based on the written test of 100 marks. All the questions will be MCQs type. The candidates who qualify the written test have to appear for the Personal Interview round. The candidates, who have qualified GATE, NET, SLET, JRF, or are FIP/QIP fellows, need not appear for the written test.

For the candidates who want to apply for UG and PG distance learning courses at the Karnatak University the application procedure is given below:

Karnataka University 2023 Admission/Counselling

The details about the counselling and admission are given below:

  • For post-graduate courses, the candidates will be required to do a graduate from any familiar university and must have studied an optional subject of the identical subject.
  • The students will be required to get the Application Form and the bank challan from the website or by communicating and the administration office of the University
  • The applicant has to send the fees through the branch of any nationalized bank to the University account
  • An entrance test is directed for all Postgraduate courses. Admission is completed on account of the merit, 50% of the aggregate marks attained in the applicable subjects at qualifying degree examination (all three years), and 50% of marks gained in the Entrance test
  • For Undergraduate courses, the candidates get selected on account of merit
  • The University keeps to Reservation policy through the Government.
