North-Eastern Hill University offers UG courses in BA, B.Sc, B.Ed., B.Tech, B.Arch., BA LLB Honors courses. Admission Process

NEHU Shillong admission season generally begins in May every year. The University offers more than 30-degree programs in various fields of Engineering, Management, Commerce, Sciences, Arts, etc. The application process of NEHU Shillong is completely online. • NEHU Shillong BTech admission is based on the candidate's performance in JEE MAIN
• BArch admission is based on NATA score

• JRF scholarship scheme: NEHU Shillong provides JRF scholarship to the candidates who possess a master’s degree from a recognized institute/ university with a minimum of 55 percent aggregate along with a valid score in the National Eligibility Test (NET)
• Financial assistance scheme: It is a scheme initiated by NEHU Shillong to aid economically backward students. The benefits of this scheme include exemption of tuition, hostel, and examination fee along with the free purchase of textbooks, stationery, clothes, and emergency medical expenses

Migration Certificate

The candidate follow these steps to get the migration certificate:-

• An applicant for a Migration Certificate who is studying in any college or has passed an examination of the University must submit this application through the Head of the Institution under this University in which he/she is prosecuting or had prosecuted his/her studies last or through which he/she appeared at the last examination.
• A Migration Certificate is issued only to the registered student of this University. Registration Card in Original should be submitted along with this application together with an attested copy of Mark Sheet.
• No action will be taken unless the prescribed fee is received.
