SUAS or Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences was established on 13 June 2016 and is located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. It is a private university and was formed by the Govt. of MP Gazette (extraordinary) No 2 of 2016 dated 13 June 2016, under the provisions of MP Niji Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam 2007. It is accredited to the UGC. The sprawling state-of-the-art campus is spread over 30 acres. The University offers short-term skill-based courses as well as degree programs in high-growth sectors of Construction, IT, BFSI, Automobile, Mechatronics, Retail, Pharmacy, and Health Sciences. Symbiosis University, Indore has collaborated with over 20 leading industries in India and 12 German Universities of Applied Sciences. In this unique model of Skill Development, top industry leaders such as HDFC Bank, Reliance Capital, Future Group and Mahindra & Mahindra are setting up their bases on SUAS campus, to provide skill training to students.

- For undergraduate courses such as B.Tech, B.Sc (Hons), BBA, and B.Des, candidates are required to have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with minimum aggregate marks as per the course requirements.
- Admission to the undergraduate courses is based on the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) or JEE Mains score followed by a Personal Interaction (PI) round.
- For postgraduate courses such as M.Tech, M.Sc, MBA, and M.Des, candidates are required to have a bachelor's degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.
- Admission to the postgraduate courses is based on the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) or GATE score followed by a Personal Interaction (PI) round.
- Candidates applying for Ph.D. courses should have a master's degree in the relevant field with at least 55% marks from a recognized university.
- Admission to the Ph.D. courses is based on the performance in the entrance exam conducted by the university followed by a Personal Interaction (PI) round.

SUAS Indore Admission 2023 Lateral Entry
For Second Year admission into B. Tech. in Engineering the candidates have to fulfill the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:
- Should have passed Diploma with minimum 45% marks for General caste and 40% marks for reserved category) inappropriate branch of Engineering and Technology.
- Should hold B.Sc. Degree certificate with 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized University.
- Candidates holding a B.Sc. degree shall clear the subjects Engineering Graphics/ Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the First-Year Engineering Program along with the Second Year subjects.
SUAS Eligibility for NRI / International Candidates
The NRI/International candidates must fulfil the below criteria to get the admission in UG courses of the university:
- A candidate holding XII (10+2) or equivalent certificate from any Foreign Board must obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
- All foreign qualifications should be certified by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) before seeking provisional admission to any programme of Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences.
- In order to promote International understanding between Indian and Foreign students, Symbiosis has reserved 5% seats for NRIs/International students in every division.

The candidates have to follow the below steps to apply for the prefered courses:
Step 1 - Visit the official website of the university " http://applyonline.suas.ac.in/
Step 2 - Click on the link given Admission Process.
Step 3 - Then click on the Apply Now tab.
Step 4 - Fill the required details like Name, Mobile Number, e-mail id, DOB, Guardian details, Academic details.
Step 5 - Then select the course and city.
step 6 - After filling in all the details pay the fee Rs 1000/- via Net banking, Credit Card or Debit Card.
Step 7 - Take the printout of it for all future uses.

- Hostel: The Institute has hostel accommodations for male and female students in separate blocks. The rooms are equipped with all of the conveniences that a student requires. A single room in the hostel can accommodate up to four students.
