NBU Result 2020: Semester Results, How to check?

NBU Result 2020: North Bengal University (NBU) follows the semester system. NBU will publish the semester and annual -wise results for the exams conducted by it. The North Bengal University website conducts semester exams twice a year. North Bengal University conducts even semester examinations in June-May while odd semester exams are conducted in November-December. The North Bengal University Exam Results are declared after the commencement of the examination by the end of December (Odd semester) and in May (Even semester). Results for all the courses offered by The North Bengal University are published within the two-three weeks of examination. The North Bengal University website is also supposed to release the compartment results, revaluation result, Toppers List, and other notification along with the semester results which students can download from the official website of NBU.

NBU Result 2020
The term-end semester result of all UG/PG courses within 35-40 days after the successful completion of the examination. The North Bengal University conducts a term-end semester examination in December (Odd semester)/ April (Even semester). The result of each term-end semester examination is uploaded in December/ May during Odd & Even Semester respectively. Candidates are advised to visit the University’s website to check for their results. The North Bengal University releases the result online on its official website once the evaluation of the answer sheet is completed.

Revaluation of Answer Sheet
North Bengal University provides an opportunity by which candidates who are not satisfied by the marks secured by them can apply for revaluation or may demand a copy of the examination answer sheet. Candidates can apply for improvement in their semester marks, provided they have scored at least 50% marks in the respective course. Students must note that they cannot apply for improvement of marks in the case of Term Paper, Project Paper, Internal assessment & viva-voce. The revaluation forms of North Bengal University will be available online at the university's official website. Incomplete revaluation forms will not be accepted by the university under any circumstances. The candidate will have to apply for the revaluation of the answer sheet only during the dates set by the authority. Candidates have not the authority to apply for the revaluation of the answer sheet of any other applicant. After filling the form, candidates have to deposit the requisite fees which will be non-refundable in any case.

About North Bengal University
The University of North Bengal; also known as NBU is a public research university in Raja Rammohanpur, Siliguri in Darjeeling district in the Indian state of West Bengal. A second campus is in Danguajhar, Jalpaiguri in Jalpaiguri district, also in West Bengal. The university was established in 1962 to fill growing manpower needs in the six North Bengal districts and the neighboring state of Sikkim. North Bengal University offers degrees in undergraduate, post-graduate, M. Phil, and doctorate programs. The main campus is spread over an area of 330 acres (1.3 km2) and lies between Siliguri and Bagdogra Airport, in the Terai region. The second campus is in Danguajhar in Jalpaiguri. North Bengal University also provides distance education in Ma English, philosophy, Bangla, etc. The University of North Bengal offers two-year M.Sc. programs in various fields as well as a three-year M.C.A. program, and various two-year Masters programs in M.Com. and M.A.
