University Grants Commission updated the recognition list of the Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) in supersession to the recognition list notified on 29.01.2020 for the year 2019-20, the academic session beginning january, 2020 and onwards for offering programmes through online mode on the basis of applications received under ugc (online courses or programmes) regulations, 2018 to offer courses or programmes in online mode, the following programmes of the heis have been recognised for 2019-20, academic session beginning january, 2020 and onwards.

BRAOU Eligibility Test 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Given below is the eligibility criteria for different UG Courses:
For BA
- Candidates must have completed 18 years of age by 1st July of Eligibility Test year and must have passed the Eligibility Test conducted by Dr B.R. Ambedkar Open University will be eligible.
For B.Com
- Applicants who have completed 18 years of age by 1st July of Eligibility Test year and have passed the Eligibility Test conducted by Dr B.R. Ambedkar Open University will be eligible.
For B.Sc
- Candidate must have completed the Intermediate or its equivalent examination(MPC or BiPC)
or
- Candidates have passed 10+2 from National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) / AP Open School Society (APOSS) / TS Open School Society (TSOSS) in MPC/BiPC.
IIPS Mumbai Distance Education MA Population Studies Admission 2024
IIPS is also known as the International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), Mumbai and has started the distance course with the recommendation of UGC in the field of population data analysis and inter-relationship between population and development i.e. M.A. in Population Studies. The candidates can apply until 31 July 2024.
There is a total of 100 seats available for this course.
IIPS MA Population Studies Admission 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any social science subject/Health/Maths/ Stats or any similar degree from any recognized Indian/Foreign universities with at least 50% for general candidates and 45% for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC and PWD category.
- Applicants having a Master’s degree and having work experience will be given due weightage.
