Lady Irwin College offers courses in Science and Arts subjects at the UG level. BSc (Honors) is offered in Home Science, Food Technology, etc. B.Sc. (Hons.), B.Ed. and B.Ed. Special Education (MR). Lady Irwin College comprises of PG level programs focusing on the area of Health & Nutrition, Design. Master of Science (MSc) in five different fields of specializations and PG Diploma is offered with a duration period of two years. The basic criteria to take admission in any of these PG programs is to have obtained a graduate degree in relevant subjects with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate. The candidates are selected on a merit basis for the PG Diploma course. For M.Sc., only 60% of seats are open for merit-based admission, while for the rest of the 40% seats, entrance examinations are conducted by the University of Delhi i.e. DUET 2020.
