For B.H.Ed
The candidate must have passed B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com Examination conducted by recognized Universities having Hindi as an elective / pass / Honours subject with 50% marks in aggregate for Master’s Degree in Hindi with required percentages of the mark (45% for SC, ST, SEBC and PH candidates) either in Bachelor’s Degree or in Master’s Degree in Hindi.
The candidate who is appearing in their final year Graduation Examination (Both Arts, Science & Commerce) are also eligible to apply.
Applicant must have passed Odia as MIL up to HSC level or any such equivalent or higher examination (+2) or have passed Odia in a single subject.
Exam conducted by BSE, Odisha of HSC standard or should be passed HSC Examination of BSE, Odisha in Odia medium with MIL other than Odia. Such applicants who have passed HSC Examination of BSE, Odisha without Odia as MIL must have a certificate from the Headmaster of the school that the candidate has passed HSC Examination in Odia medium.

Educational Qualification: The needed education qualification is as follows:
The candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks. Also, the candidates must have at least participated in Inter College / Zonal / District / School Competition in sports and games as recognized by AIU / IOA / SGFI / Govt. of India.
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with a minimum of 45% marks.
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with a minimum of 45% marks and studied Physical Education as a compulsory/elective subject.
OR
The candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 45% marks must have participated in National / Inter-University / State Competitions or secured 1st / 2nd / 3rd position in Inter College / Inter-Zonal / School Competition in sports and games as recognized by AIU / IOA / SGFI / Govt. of India.

SCERT Odisha 2023 Result
The provisional SCERT Odisha 2023 Result will be made available on the website for reference of the candidate, after 3 days of the completion of the Online Computer Based Test for all the courses.
The queries on the Scorecard will be invited from the candidates for 3 days only through online mode. Based on the queries received from the candidates the Expert panel will analyze the complaint and if found true the Revised final scoring key will be made available within 1 week.
In case of any discrepancy found in the question paper as well as in the result, the decision of the authority will be treated as final.
SCERT Odisha 2023 Tie Breaking
If the candidates secure the same marks in the entrance test, then, the following tie-breaking criteria are applied to provide merit rank:
Firstly, Graduation marks will be considered and the candidates who will have a higher percentage of marks in Graduation will be given preference.
If the tie persists, then the age of the candidates shall be considered, one is older in age is given preference.

SCERT Odisha Counselling 2023
The SCERT Odisha 2020 Counselling process will be done after the declaration of the result. Authority will announce the SCERT Odisha counselling schedule on the official site.
