Candidates have to fill the application form correctly; once the payment is made, applicants won't change or edit the details filled in the application form. There is no provision made for the correction of an application form by the conducting authority. Candidates have to register themselves online by entering the basic information.

• Marksheets of the Qualifying examination
• Scanned copy of the photograph and signature as per the format

How to apply for SCERT Odisha 2023?

Before applying, candidates are advised to read the eligibility criteria of Information Brochure carefully. You must keep ready the soft copy of your scanned photo, the signature before filling the ONLINE application form. A candidate will have to complete three steps to complete his/her application, i.e., Registration, Uploading images, Signature, and Fee payment. The candidate can save the CAF in draft mode. A candidate may log out after registration and again login to upload images and fee payment.

1. Registration

Candidates have first to log in and then proceed with the process which is mentioned below:

• Click on Sign Up (NewUser), enter the candidate's name, Mobile no, and Email Id, then generate OTP.
• An OTP will be sent to the provided mobile number. The candidate is required to validate by providing the OTP.
• The candidate can generate the password for logging into the system.
• Username (Mobile Number provided during registration)
• Password (Self-assigned password during registration)
• Type the "CAPTCHA" and click on login.

2. Filling of Application Form

Candidates have to fill all the fields to complete the application form and fill in the basic details are mentioned below:

• Showing on the Dashboard page
• Click in the Application form (Select which course you want to apply to)
• Select Course Details – Select as per the provided dropdown list.
• Candidate Type- Select ‘candidate Type’ from the drop-down list (Fresh or In-Service)
• Candidate Select B.Ed./B.H.Ed./ B.P.Ed./ showing in the dropdown list (Fresh or In-Service) but for
• D.EI.Ed. /M.Ed./M.Phil courses only apply in Freshcandidate.
• Fill in the asked details carefully.

3. Uploading of Scanned Images

• Upload the scanned image of a recent color photograph of the candidate
• Upload scanned image of Full Signature of the candidate

4. Payment of Application Fees

After completion of Upload Images and signature, You will find payment options and click the Pay button. Once the payment is confirmed, all steps required for the submission of the application are completed. The candidate can take a print out of the application form. Any incomplete application, i.e., all three steps are not completed, will be rejected, and the candidate cannot take part in the admission process.

• Applications complete in all respects will be displayed for confirmation. The candidate can download his/her Application Form by clicking the “Print Application Form” option.
• Any discrepancy in fee payment may be intimated to Helpline Toll-Free Number.

5. Choice Locking and Submission

After the publication of the examination merit list “Choice Locking” option will be available on the candidate’s login page. Finally, after submitting all the processes, the candidate must submit the application form to lock their application form. But before submitting the application form, check all the details carefully 

SCERT Odisha 2023 Admit Card

Only those candidates who submit their Application Form before the last date with complete payment will be issued the SCERT Odisha Admit Card 2023. It will be available online at scert.samsodisha.gov.in. To download it, the candidates will require their mobile number. Candidates without SCERT Odisha Admit Card will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
