SNUSAT 2023  application process has been started. The last date to apply online is March 2023. The test will be conducted by Shiv Nadar University. This exam will be conducted yearly at the university level to enrol candidates into UG/PG and doctoral level courses in various fields. The candidates are offered admission in the following fields: Management, Engineering, Humanities and Natural Sciences etc. SNUSAT is conducted in combination with APT (Academic Proficiency Test) by the university to enrol the candidates in UG courses. The admission is also provided to NRI and foreign national candidates. Shiv Nadar University is recruiting the best and the brightest students for the following Undergraduate Programs for admissions of 2023.

SNUSAT and APT is a combined three-hour AI based, remotely proctored test that will be administered in the comfort and safety of the candidate’s house. SNUSAT – Measure of proficiency in language, ability to apply mind to simple problems, data interpretation, logical and abstract reasoning. APT – Subject knowledge required for specific programs. As pioneers in India’s higher education scenario, we are among the first and very few to offer a remotely proctored admissions test to our aspirants. The step has been taken to ensure we handpick the best and brightest of the minds across the country, even in such challenging times of COVID-19 outbreak

If the same APT serves all the Programs that you have selected, no additional APT is required. For instance, all Engineering Programs require “Physics+ Maths”. This combination also makes you eligible for B.Sc (R) in Physics and B.Sc (R) in Mathematics.

If any of your Program preferences are mapped to a different APT, you are required to take the additional 30 min APT(s). However, there is no need to repeat SNUSAT. For instance, when Program preference 1 is B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering and Program preference 2 is B.Sc. (Research) in Biotechnology, you first need to appear for SNUSAT + APTs “Physics+ Maths”. For B.Sc.(Research) in Biotechnology, you will have to give an additional APT of “Biology”.

All the questions except the SNUSAT Essay and Critical Writing in APT will be Multiple Choice Type. There is no negative marking.

SNUSAT Essay and Critical writing sections will have to be typed on the computer, within the stipulated time.

SNUSAT Application Form 2023

The candidates must know about all the details related to the SNUSAT application form 2022. The details about the application form are listed below:

  • The application form will be released by the university through Pearson VUE
  • The candidates can fill the application form through online mode only.
  • The Application process includes the following steps:
    • Step 1: Candidate Registration with a valid email id.
    • Step 2: Verify the email id.
    • Step 3: Fill SNUSAT and APT form.
    • Step 4: Upload the required documents.
    • Step 5: Make the payment.
    • Step 6: Complete the application form

Email id submitted by the candidate at the time of registration will be used for all correspondences until enrolment is completed.

SNUSAT 2023 Application Fee

The candidates need to pay an amount of Rs.1900 as an application fee. This fee includes the first attempt at SNUSAT + APT mapped to the candidates' Program Preference 1. For every additional APT for the subsequent Program preferences, there will be an additional fee of Rs 900/-.

Mode of Payment: The candidates are required to pay the fee through a credit or debit card or DD drawn in favour of Shiv Nadar University and send to the address mentioned above.

SNUSAT 2023 Admit Card

The SNUSAT 2023 Admit Card/Hall Ticket was available on the official website. The candidate is advised to take a printout of the Admit Card for further process.

  • The candidates were able to select the Date, Time and Test Centre based on the availability of seats.
  • However, availability of preferred Test Center or Time cannot be assured as the Test Slots was scheduled on a ‘first-come, first-serve basis.
  • A confirmation e-mail was sent to the candidate upon successful scheduling of the test.
  • Candidates can download the admit card of SNUSAT and APT exam from the Shiv Nadar University application form interface.
  • Candidates must carry their valid admit card along with their Photo Id proof (Aadhar card / PAN card / Passport / 12th Board admit card / 10 or 12th certificate mark sheet / JEE, AIPMT or CET admit only if it has a photograph) on the examination day to the test centre.

SNUSAT 2023 Syllabus

The candidates should have complete knowledge about the SNUSAT syllabus so that the candidates have an idea of all topics they need to study for the exam and what all topics they have already covered. Also, the candidates will not any topic for the exam if they know the detailed syllabus.

The Shiv Nadar University Scholastic Aptitude Test Syllabus includes topics from the following subjects:

For APT, the 10+2 syllabus of the concerned subject would be applicable as the syllabus for the APT part of the exam. The candidates can refer to the website for a further detailed SNUSAT syllabus.

SNUSAT 2023 Preparation Tips

The candidates can follow the SNUSAT preparation tips that will help them during the preparation for the exam:
  • Candidates must study all the subjects carefully.
  • Refer to good books and study material to prepare for the exam.
  • Go through the exam syllabus properly.
  • Furthermore, candidates need to give as many mock tests as they can to check their preparation level for the exam.
  • The candidate must solve all the sample papers and previous year question papers.
  • Avoid taking too much stress and practice yoga or meditation to manage stress.
  • The candidates must take a proper diet and should not neglect their health.

SNUSAT 2023 Result

SNUSAT Result will be declared online on the official website of the university by August 2022.
  • The candidates will have to enter their login credentials to check their result.
  • After the declaration of result, a merit list will be prepared based on marks secured by the candidate in SNUSAT and APT test.
  • The merit list will be released separately for all the courses.

SNUSAT 2023 Counselling

After the merit list has been released, SNUSAT Counselling 2023 will start from September 2022 onwards.

  • The candidate must compulsorily be present on the counselling day.
  • The candidates must carry all the required documents on the counselling day for the document verification process along with the counselling letter.
