Anna University CIR Admission 2023

Anna University has a Centre for International Relations department that focuses on offering admission to foreign candidates under the categories of Children of Indian Workers in Gulf countries (CIWGC) / Non-Resident Indians (NRI) / Foreign Nationals (FN) categories for UG programmes. 

• The university offers B.E/B.Tech courses as usual & 5-years Integrated M.Sc. degree programmes with a specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology & Electronic Media. 
• Applicants have to fulfil the above-mentioned eligibility criteria for all courses & have to submit the mandatory documents with the application form.

Documents to be submitted

Following are the list of documents which are to be uploaded along with the application:

• For 10 + 2 type of Indian Boards OR Foreign Boards:
  • Mark sheets of Secondary School Leaving Certificate (X Standard) or equivalent.
  • Higher Secondary Certificate (XII Standard) or equivalent

OR

• • For 8 + 4 types of Foreign Boards: Marks Sheets from 8th to 12th standards
  • For 9 + 3 types of Foreign Boards: Marks Sheets from 9th to 12th standards

• Recent NRI status certificate
• Employment certificate of the NRI parent. In the case of self-employment, nature of the business, annual income, and required proof like Income - Tax paid (for the last 3 years).
• NRE / NRI bank account of the NRI parent, at least for the last six months.
• Valid Indian passport of the candidate or Birth Certificate & of the NRI parent
• School Transfer Certificate or Migration Certificate or both or an equivalent certificate

• A candidate's Passport
• Valid student visa/PIO/OCI card in(In case of Citizen of Indian Origin)
• Proof of financial support for the last six months or a scholarship offer letter from the Government/other agencies.
• Certificate showing that the candidate has proficiency in the English language.
• School Transfer Certificate or Migration Certificate or both or any valid equivalent certificate.
• For XII Indian Boards OR Foreign Boards:
  • Mark sheets of Secondary School Leaving Certificate (X Standard) or equivalent.
  • Higher Secondary Certificate (XII Standard) or equivalent

  • For 8 + 4 types of Foreign Boards: Marks Sheets from 8th to 12th standards
