HNBUMU Admission 2023 for MBBS and BDS programmes is on the basis of the NEET exam. Admission to BSC, BPT, and BMLT is merit-based. Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University is a medical education state university, located at Dehradun, Uttarakhand. It was established in 2014 by the Government of Uttarakhand under Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Medical Education University Act, 2014. The University is approved by UGC and offers degree and diploma programs in the streams of Medical, Dental, Nursing, and Para-Medical Science at UG and PG levels. It has jurisdiction over all Medical, Dental, Nursing, and Para-Medical colleges in the state of Uttarakhand.
