For Non-GATE qualified applicants, the eligibility criteria mentioned above is minimum and the individual disciplines may use higher cut-off levels for shortlisting. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/SEBC categories would be eligible for relaxations, as per norms, in the selection criteria.

Yes. The University offers the stipend of Rs. 12,400/- per month to all the GATE qualified admitted IITRAM candidates, provided they are admitted through the prescribed procedure of IITRAM and eligible.

The merit list will be displayed on our website www.iitram.ac.in. Candidates who are called for counselling at the Institute will be informed by either of the modes e.g. e-mail / SMS / telephone.

IITRAM provides the hostel facility. The students are provided a Bed, Matress, Table, Chair and Cupboard while their stay at the Hostel.

Institute of Infrastructure Technology Research and Management (IITRAM) is an autonomous university established in the year 2013 by the Government of Gujarat. Institute of Infrastructure Technology Research and Management offer Undergraduate programs, Postgraduate programs, and Doctoral programs in engineering. IITRAM Admission 2023 is based on GUJCET, JEE Main for UG courses, Whereas counselling is done by ACAP and JOSAA. For admission in M.Tech, a Gate score is considered. Counseling for admission in various courses in IITRAM will be conducted by the JoSAA (national level exam) and ACPC, Gujarat (state level exam), respectively. Three branches, namely Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering, offer the 4-year BTech programs.

IITRAM Admission 2023 session will be based on marks in the JEE Main or GUJCET exams and Higher Secondary Examination qualified students are eligible to apply. Moreover, counseling for admission shall be conducted by both JoSAA and ACPC depending on candidates’ preferences. Furthermore, admission to M.Tech and Ph.D programmes is offered with GATE/IITRAM entrance exams used as selection criteria.

Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA): The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) is joint seat allocation for admissions set up by the Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD) to manage and regulate admissions in 107 institutes for the academic year 2019-20. This includes 23 IITs, 31 NITs, 25 IIITs and 28 Other-Government Funded Technical Institutes (Other-GFTIs).
Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB): The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) basically a Centralized seat allocation procedure, Candidates can apply for first year of Engineering/Technology and Architecture/Planning Programs on supernumerary seats in NITs for Union Territories, and in some AICTE approved Institutes for North East and Union Territories (NEUT).
Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC): Gujarat ACPC manage the admission of professional degree courses. Whereas, 50 % seats are filled by ACPC and remaining 50% by respective institute NIRMA, PDPU, DA-IICT ,GSFC University. and by CSAB in case of IIT-RAM.
Gujarat CET: Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) is conducted by GSEB Board for admission in B.Tech/ B.E and B.Pharma courses offered in institutes of Gujarat state.

IITRAM 2023 Counselling

Candidates seeking admission to the B.Tech course must follow JoSAA's and ACPC's instructions for registering for national / state counseling.Candidates can check the counselling process given below.

All qualified JEE / GUJCET candidates who are eligible for central counseling should register on the official JoSAA or GUJCET website.
JEE eligible candidates are not expected to pay any counselling registration fee.
GUJCET candidates must however register for counseling by purchasing the Information Booklet and PIN from any approved branch of Kotak Mahindra Bank by paying an INR 350 fee.
Candidates are assigned college seats based on preference in the order of merit over several counseling rounds.
Candidates are expected to deposit the 'Seat Acceptance Fee' and report according to schedule in the institute.
