Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering (SVCE) was established in 2007. The college, located in Tirupati in the state of Andhra Pradesh, offers UG and PG courses in various management, computer applications, and engineering & technology fields. SVCE is affiliated with the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Anantapur. All disciplines offered under the UG course have a duration of 4 years and PG programs have a duration of 2 years. Applicants must have 10 + 2 qualifications with PCM as subjects for admission to the B.tech degree course. Admission to the B.Tech courses is carried out on the basis of the JNTUA AP-EAMCET entrance exam. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in the discipline concerned for admission to the PG courses. Admission to M.Tech is carried out on the basis of an entrance examination for AP-PGECET. The applicant should turn up for the AP-ICET entrance exam for MBA and MCA entry.

SVCE Tirupati B.Tech. Selection Criteria
Admission to the program will be granted on the basis of the applicants’ performance in EAMCET.
- AP-EAMCET is an online exam with 160 questions and a duration of 180 minutes.
- In AP-EAMCET, 70% of the seats allocated are based on merit.
- The Management Quota allocates 30% of the seats.
- In addition, 20% of the seats are filled by holders of the Engineering Diploma on the basis of their merit at ECET (FDH) who are admitted to the course of Lateral Entry B.Tech.

Admission to the M.Tech. the program will be done on the basis of the applicant’s performance in GATE/PGECET.
- 70% of M.Tech Admissions are made based on merit in AP PGECET/ GATE.
- The remaining 30% of the seats are earmarked for Management Quota.
Exam Pattern
- AP-PGECET is an online examination with a length of 2 hours and a mark of 120.
- For M.Tech entry, first preference will be given to applicants eligible in the related field in the GATE exam based on their test scores.
- The remaining seats will be filled by applicants eligible by their merit ranks in AP-PGECET.
SVCE Tirupati MBA And MCA Admissions 2020
Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering [SVCE] offers PG level, the institute offers an MBA under the 3 specializations. The Institute also offers an MCA for a period of two years, apart from the MBA program. For the MBA program, the approved intake is 240 seats. For the MCA plan, the overall intake is 60 seats. Admissions shall be rendered on the basis of the merits won in the ICET by the applicants. 70% of MBA & MCA admissions are made on the basis of merit in ICET and the management quota is assigned to the remaining 30% of seats.
Exam Pattern
- For admission to MBA and MCA course, applicants will have to appear for AP-ICET.
- AP-ICET is an offline test of 200 marks and is of 150 minutes duration.
