ATMA 2020 Application form(Out) - Dates, Fees, How to Apply?

ATMA 2020 Application Form has been released on 12 February 2020. This exam is conducted by AIMS (Association of Indian Management Schools). This is a National Level Exam and is a Computer-based Test to offer admissions in courses such as MBA, PGDM, MCA, PGDBA courses. ATMA 2020 Application form

ATMA 2020 Application Form was released on the official website on 12 February 2020(May session).

  • AIMS ATMA 2020 registration process is started at AIMS official website.
  • The registration process for ATMA starts with the Payment of application fees.
  • After the submission of fees candidate will receive a system-generated PID(Personal Identification Number) on registered mobile no and email.
  • Save PID for further process.
  • Then candidates can proceed for registration.
  • The applicant has to upload their scanned photograph and signature as prescribed by the authority.
  • Then the login password will be sent on the registered mobile no. and email.
  • Candidates must take a print out of the filled form for keeping it with them carefully.
  • Then choose the two most preferred test centres at the time of registration.
  • Applicant must ensure that the uploaded photo and signature are not blurred.
  • Candidates must read all the given instruction on the registration form.
  • Candidate must download the Application form for further process.

ATMA 2020 Application Fees

The Application fee for ATMA 2020 entrance exam is Rs 1298/-.

  • 25% concession in fees is applicable for women.
  • 50% Concession is applicable for applicants belonging to North Eastern States of India (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura).

Mode of Payment

Candidate has to pay the application fee for the submission of  ATMA 2020 application form. Only online mode is available for the payment of fee.

Candidates can either use Credit Card /Debit Card to make the payments

AIMS ATMA Application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable to other tests under any circumstances.

How to fill ATMA 2020 Application Form?

Given below the procedure to fill the ATMA 2020 Application form. Candidate must read the given procedure to avoid mistakes during the form filling process.

Step 1: Registration

The registration process for ATMA Exam starts with the Payment of Fees. The Registration Fee for ATMA exam is mentioned above.

Step 2: Personal Identification No.(PID)

 Once the application fee is paid, the candidate will receive a system-generated Personal Identification Number (PID) on their registered Mobile no by SMS as well as Email.

  • If the same is not received, the candidate can search for PID or Password.
  • Candidate is advised to save the PID for future reference.
  • The same PID will be the candidate’s Login ID for Re-Print of application form and Print of Admit Card as well as Result.

Step 3: Application Form Filling

 Once the payment of Fee is successful and the PID is received, the candidate can proceed to fill the application form.

Following information will be required to be filled in the registration form.

Personal Details

  • PID
  • Name (Candidate need to click fetch name Button to fetch the Name from the database.)
  • Postal Address
  • Email Id
  • Date of Birth
  • Mobile Number


  • Preferred Test City Choice
  • Exact Percentage of SSC
  • HSC
  • Degree (In case the candidate is appearing, mention "NA")
  • Post-graduation/Professional Degree if applicable
  • Post qualification experience, if any, and choice of Institutes for reporting ATMA Scores.

Step 4: Uploading Documents

Candidate has to Upload the Scanned Image of Candidate’s Photograph and Signature in prescribed format. The same photograph candidate has to paste in the ATMA 2020 Admit Card/Hall Ticket. Thus, keep the copies of the photograph as uploaded in the form for the future reference. The documents must have a file extension of either JPG/ JPEG.

Every candidate will be given a login password once the registration process is complete. This password will be sent by SMS and Email.
