CG Pre B.A B.Ed / Pre B.Sc. B.Ed 2027 Latest Update as on 18 October 2026 — official 2027 notification awaited
Checked on 18 October 2026
The CG Pre B.A. B.Ed. / Pre B.Sc. B.Ed. 2027 update is still awaited; CG Vyapam has discontinued this entrance test since 2024, and admissions for the integrated 4-year courses are now expected through NTA’s NCET 2027.
CG Pre B.A. B.Ed / Pre B.Sc. B.Ed 2027 update is still awaited, and no fresh official notification has been published by CG Vyapam as of 18 October 2026. The official record indicates that this entrance test has been discontinued since 2024, while admissions for the 4-year integrated B.A. B.Ed. and B.Sc. B.Ed. programmes now route through NTA’s NCET system. The 2027 state exam calendar also does not list this test, which confirms there is no active state-level exam schedule for it right now. Students should therefore track the NCET 2027 cycle instead of waiting for a revived state entrance exam; based on the previous pattern, the application window is expected around February-March 2027, with updates first appearing on ncet.samarth.ac.in. Official website: vyapam.cgstate.gov.in.
✓ Official
- Official 2027 notification not released yet — the points below are the latest available official information (2026 cycle) and will be replaced once the 2027 notice is published.
- CG Pre B.A. B.Ed. / Pre B.Sc. B.Ed. has been discontinued since 2024, as confirmed by the official research verdict.
- Admissions for the 4-year integrated B.A. B.Ed. and B.Sc. B.Ed. courses in Chhattisgarh are now conducted via NTA NCET.
- The 2027 CGSSB exam calendar issued on 31 August 2026 does not include this entrance test.
- The 4-year courses in Chhattisgarh are now part of the Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP).
◷ Expected based on previous-year pattern — not official
- NCET 2027 registration is expected to open around February-March 2027, based on the current admission pathway.
- NCET 2027 notification is expected before the application window, but it is not yet officially announced.
- Counseling for 4-year integrated courses in Chhattisgarh is expected to be conducted by individual institutions after NCET scores are declared.
- Students should monitor the NTA official website for the NCET 2027 schedule because the state entrance exam is no longer in the admission process.
- If any state-level update appears later, it would likely be an admission notice rather than a revived CG Pre B.Ed. entrance exam.

Major Changes This Year
No fresh official 2027 notification has been released yet; the main change is that this exam is discontinued and the admission route has shifted to NCET-based entry for the 4-year integrated courses.
No major change has been officially announced yet for CG Pre B.A. B.Ed / Pre B.Sc. B.Ed 2027 because the exam itself has been discontinued. The key confirmed shift is structural: admissions for the 4-year integrated teacher education courses are now handled through NCET under the ITEP framework, not through a separate CG Vyapam entrance test. Any 2027 timing, registration window, or counseling schedule remains unconfirmed at this stage and should be treated as expected, not official.
